FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I sign up?

Create an account from the homepage or /signup page. You’ll confirm your email, add basic business info (name, logo, location), and choose a plan. No POS integration is required — you can add members manually, import a CSV, or let customers sign up via QR link. correct?

Is there a free trial?

<p>All new accounts get a 3 month free trial of core features (points, digital cards, membership clients, basic reports, advertising posting). If you don’t upgrade, your account will be downgraded to a limited free plan or paused (depending on your plan). We’ll send reminders before the trial ends.</p>

How are monthly subscriptions billed — by days or calendar months?

Subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month (e.g., signup on March 5 → next renewal April 5). For signups on dates that don’t exist in the next month (e.g., Jan 31 → Feb), renewal occurs on the last day of that month. We prorate any mid-cycle plan upgrades.

Can I change my plan later?

Upgrades take effect immediately (we prorate the remainder). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You can change the number of locations or member limits in Settings → Billing.

What is your refund policy?

We do not generally issue refunds for completed billing periods but will consider exceptions (technical issues, accidental double charges). Contact support within 7 days of a charge and include order details. Refunds, if granted, may be prorated.

How do customers join as members?

You can enable self-signup (QR or link), add members manually from the dashboard, or import a CSV. Optionally collect phone, email, birthday and custom fields.
